As members of the Aspen Springs Ranch HOA Board of Trustees, we are writing to express our enthusiastic support for Bill Ciraco’s candidacy for Park City Council. In his board role, Bill is our neighborhood’s primary contact with Park City Planning, Transportation and Trails and Open Space departments. His dedication to our Aspen Springs Ranch community reflects his commitment to public service, and we believe he will bring the same level of dedication to the Park City Council.
