I am writing in support of Ari Ioannides, who is running for a seat on the Summit County Council. While I do not live in Summit County, I work and recreate in this area that Ari is dedicated to supporting and improving.
Ari, who relocated here like many others, has spent the past 18 years deeply integrating himself and his family into this community, demonstrating his commitment to making it a better place. In 2018, he donated 260 acres of land to the Summit Land Conservancy, placing important wildlife habitat and multi-use recreational space under permanent conservation easement. His love for open space and recreation — in multiple forms — is an important priority for everyone in the community.
Ari is here to represent all residents, not just one side of Summit County. He believes in preserving the heritage and character of this county and aims to tackle important issues such as the increased cost of living and the strain from rapid growth. I strongly encourage the residents of Summit County to vote for Ari Ioannides in this election. He will actively listen to and represent all voices within the county.
