Saturday Morning Nature Snowshoeing
Saturday morning nature walks are held at 9:30 a.m. every week at the Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive at Kimball Junction. The cost is $10 per person. When snow is on the Preserve, nature walkers use snowshoes. Pre-registration is required, and registration closes at 7 a.m. the day of the scheduled walk. For information visit swanerecocenter.org.
Access Film Music Showcase at The Cabin

Westminster University will host a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) clinic from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Summit County Library Kimball Junction Branch, 1885 W. Ute Blvd. IRS-certified volunteers offer free preparation, electronic filing and financial advocacy and stability services to low- to moderate-income individuals and families, persons with disabilities, the elderly, members of military services and veterans and more. ‘Moving Pictures’ at the Kimball Art Center
The Kimball Art Center, 1251 Kearns Blvd., continues to show “Moving Pictures,” a multi-artist exhibit featuring installations by Rosa Barba, Matthew Barney, Iñaki Bonillas, David Brothers, Spencer Finch, Gary Hill, Sky Hopinka, Lisa Oppenheim and Alex Prager through Feb. 23.
