Park City Council chambers Thursday night had a swearing-in ceremony to formalize the promotion of Park City Police Lt. Danielle Snelson and Sgt. Kacey Comer. Mayor Nann Worel conducted the swearings-in after Chief of Police Wade Carpenter said a few remarks about each officer.

Park City Police Lt. Danielle Snelson is pinned by her fiancé, Mike Fackerll, a former law enforcement officer.
