I have contacted U.S. Rep. Dr. Mike Kennedy along with Sens. Mike Lee and John Curtis urging them to take immediate action to rein in the activist judges as well as the other seven judicial activists posing as Supreme Court justices. They are impeding President Trump’s most popular mandate of repatriating the hordes of illegal invaders.

Lawmakers can craft bills to remove the border jumpers, redefine jurisdictional boundaries, eliminate districts or defunding rogue judges.
Or how about encouraging the president to advance the strategy to suspend the writ of habeas corpus?
President Trump is making Herculean efforts to save our country from enemies without and within. I am in complete agreement with former Speaker Newt Gingrich, who said, “The actions of several rogue judges were nothing short of a judicial coup d’état.”
Donning a black robe and publishing reams of contorted legal rhetoric does not invalidate common sense. Jurists who are advocating the nonexistent constitutional rights of non-citizens are abusing their own standing and that of their office.
The chief executive/commander-in-chief does not require permission from the court to execute the duties of office as depicted in Article II of the Constitution: “He [the president] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” This also means the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 does not have a sunset clause nor an expiration date.
Moreover, our government is comprised of three co-equal branches. The judiciary is not minder/overseer who revokes base on disagreement.
How convenient were the courts’ deafening silence and blind eye toward Joe Biden’s lawless nullification of border enforcement. There are an estimated 11 million illegal migrants in our country, most of whom are unskilled, illiterate, unvetted military-aged men of questionable allegiance. To put that in perspective, all U.S. territories and 41 of our states have populations of less than 11 million. Moreover, some of them have committed horrendous crimes on Americans and are affiliated with international terrorists gangs.
While disagreement is expected from the oikophobic left every American patriot willfully obligates to serve God, home and country. When a burglar breaks into my house, the most expedient remedy is not to file a 30-day eviction notice with the local magistrate. Nor to sell my home and give him a half of the proceeds! No, it’s to get him out, by force if necessary. Our country is an extension of our homes, and our countrymen are our extended family.
When I served in Iraq, Bosnia and Afghanistan, I never met a solider, airman, Coastie or Marine who said, “I signed up to make it easier to quash my history, culture, language and heritage by facilitating the entry of legions who refuse to lawfully immigrate, assimilate and love America.
