I’m writing to express my strong support for Diego Zegarra in his run for Park City Council. As a nonprofit leader, he has been an exceptional partner to Park City nonprofits and so many other community organizations. His collaborative approach goes beyond advocating for any single group — he consistently champions the broader good of families, working people, and underrepresented voices in our community.
Diego brings a rare combination of a strategic mind and a deeply caring heart. He understands the systemic challenges facing our residents, from the affordability crisis to childcare access, and he has always shown up to solve problems with the community, not just for the community. He listens, builds trust, and puts shared impact over individual credit — exactly the kind of leadership we need on city council.
We deserve a representative who doesn’t just have good ideas but has a track record of working across sectors to make meaningful change. Diego has proven time and again that he’s that leader.
I encourage everyone who cares about the future of Park City to vote for Diego on Aug. 12th and Nov. 4. Our community will be stronger because of it.
