Park City is an extraordinary community, and it deserves a mayor who is deeply rooted here, invested in its future, and ready to lead with both care and conviction. That leader is Ryan Dickey.
I’ve been proud to know Ryan for more than five years, first through our shared community involvement and later as colleagues, parents of young children, and fellow Rotarians.
Ryan has called Park City home for nearly 15 years. He and his wife own two local businesses, and their children attend Park City schools. His perspective as both a parent and a business owner is invaluable because he considers not only today’s needs but also what decisions mean for the next generation.
Ryan’s record of service in town speaks volumes. He has the experience needed to lead Park City into the next chapter. He has served as chair of the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, president of the Park City Rotary Club, a board member of the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District, and now as a steady, collaborative voice on the City Council. He listens, engages stakeholders, and treats staff and colleagues with respect.
Just as importantly, he makes decisions. Too often in government, progress stalls while waiting for the “perfect” solution. Ryan knows that perfect rarely comes. He uses the best information available and urges action when it’s time to move forward.
Our next mayor must be someone who has a depth of experience in public service, acts with integrity, collaborates with respect, and leads with purpose. Ryan Dickey has proven he is that leader. I am proud to support him for mayor of Park City.
