Thank you, Rick Shapiro, for writing again on the horrors your friend Safaa is experiencing in Gaza.
We must all speak up when we see something that is wrong. What happened Oct. 7 was wrong and what is happening in Gaza now is wrong. We all belong to the human race.
We can’t and don’t have to agree on everything but we must learn to live together and respect one another and treat each other with common decency. We must care for each other and this planet that we are so fortunate to live on. It seems this should be obvious. What is happening now in Gaza must stop.
