Ryan Dickey on Monday afternoon was sworn into office as mayor of Park City at the base of the Marsac Building steps. Nann Worel, his predecessor as the mayor, administered the oath and congratulated him afterward while his family celebrated the occasion. He had been a member of the Park City Council.
