Dustbowl Revival at the Egyptian Theatre
Award-winning roots and Americana band Dustbowl Revival will wrap up its three-night run on Saturday at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St. The band formed in 2008 in Venice Beach, California, and is known for blending New Orleans brass, funk, bluegrass, folk-rock and pre-war blues. The 2026 Latino Arts Festival
The 2026 Latino Arts Festival, facilitated by the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County, continues at 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday at Canyons Village. The event, which is free and open to the public, features a market, live music, dancing, food and art from an array of Latino communities and countries, as well as hands-on crafts. Squish, Squash, Splat: Mud Day
The Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive at Kimball Junction, will host a mud day from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sunday when kids and families can enjoy a variety of activities such as nature crafts, animal-track exploration, sensory play and learning how wildlife uses mud. No registration is necessary, but participants must arrive dressed to get dirty wearing muck boots and old clothes. A towel and a change of clothes are also recommended. ‘Tibet: The Roof of the World’
Parkite Deborah Jennings will give a free presentation called “Tibet: The Roof of the World” at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at the Park City Library’s Community Room, 1255 Park Ave. Jennings will lead the audience through geography, politics, religion and culture — including yaks and butter, Buddhism, the Dalai Lama and Mt. Everest — through slides and a Q and A. Americans can only visit Tibet as part of a pre-booked guided tour, so the lecture is an easy way to visit the country. Classic Film Club: ‘Barefoot in the Park’
The Kamas Library’s Classic Film Club remembers Robert Redford with a free screening of Gene Saks’ 1967 comedy, “Barefoot in the Park,” rated G, at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, at the Summit County Library Kamas Valley Branch, 110 N. Main St. in Kamas. Based on Neil Simon’s first Broadway hit, “Barefoot in the Park” features Redford as a stuffy young lawyer and Jane Fonda as his free-spirited bride.
